Abstract: This paper presents the asymptotic stability of a k-out-of-N:G redundant system associated with repair facilities and multiple critical and non-critical errors. We show that the system operator generates a positive C0- semigroups in the state Banach space. Further,we derive that the system has a steady-state solution which is just the eigenvector of the system operator corresponding to eigenvalue 0. By analyzing the spectrum of system,we find that 0 is the unique spectral point of the system on the imaginary axis. As a result,the asymptotic stability of the system is obtained.
