Abstract: 白介素(interleukin,IL)-13是近10年来发现的一种细胞因子,主要由活化的T细胞产生,参与调节辅助性T细胞(Th)1和Th2细胞的功能与分化,并可作用于B细胞,在体液免疫中发挥重要作用.研究发现它与多种皮肤病有关.该文主要阐述了IL-13的结构、生物学活性及其与部分自身免疫性、变态反应性等相关皮肤病的关系.
