Abstract: 在PEG渗透胁迫下,6个高耐旱性大豆品种幼苗叶片中游离脯氨酸含量升高至274.9~441.2 μg/g干重,内源脱落酸含量升高至18.66~28. 83 μg/g干重;4个高敏感型大豆品种游离脯氨酸含量为145.6~258.9 μg/g干重,内源脱落酸含量为8.79~16.62 μg/g干重.从中选出高耐旱(T5)和高敏感(S2)的大豆各一品种.两品种幼苗叶和根在4%PEG胁迫处理0~96 h期间,AsA-POD、CAT酶活性,以及TTC还原量变化趋势均为"先下降再上升,然后再次下降,再次上升";MDA含量的变化趋势与前三者恰好相反.而SOD酶活性在胁迫初期(0~36 h)首先升高,36 h的变化趋势与POD和CAT酶变化趋势一致.逐步回归定量分析结果指出,AsA-POD酶活性是影响大豆叶细胞生存力和耐旱能力的关键酶.
