Abstract: 分析了少量液相[Sm60%(质量分数)+Co40%(质量分数)]对Sm(Co余Fe0.22Cu0.08Zr0.025) 7.22烧结磁体的磁性能、相结构、微结构的影响.研究表明:少量液相的加入,磁体相结构大致不变,磁体晶界尺寸变大,同时在晶界处有Cu元素富集,使得胞状组织中边界相的Cu含量减少 ,导致磁体的矫顽力急剧下降,因而导致了磁体室温磁性能的下降.至于少量液相是否引起了胞状结构的恶化有待进一步研究.
