Experimental Research on Treatment of Emulsified Oily Wastewater Using Carbon Membranes

Abstract: 在膜法处理含油废水操作过程中,维持高渗透通量、减小膜污染是提高膜利用率急需解决的问题.今对目前难以分离的油田乳化状废水,采用自制的孔径为0.6~2.5μm的单根和七根管状炭膜,用原油和水经超声波乳化而成的油水乳化液为原料,通过测定膜的除油率及渗透液含油量等参数,考察了不同孔径炭膜的除油效果,确定了适宜的分离油水用膜及相应的操作条件.实验结果表明,炭膜处理含油污水是可行的.在实验范围内,炭膜的除油率可达97%以上、渗透液含油量小于10mg·L-1,可达到国家环保排放要求.在炭膜孔径为1.0μm、流体流动雷诺数为5660~10110和压差为0.1MPa条件下,操作过程具有较大的稳定渗透通量和较小的膜污染.
