Abstract: 以油菜为试材,研究在镉胁迫条件下,单一稀土(La、Ce、Nd、Pr)和混合稀土(常乐)浸种处理对油菜中重金属元素Cd、Cu、Zn、Pb、Ni、Co富积量的缓解效应.结果表明,单一稀土La或Ce对6种重金属元素的富积量缓解作用最大,同时Nd、Pr也表现一定的抑制作用,并随镉胁迫加重,对Cd、Cu元素缓解作用加强,对Zn、Pb、Ni、Co缓解作用减弱.混合稀土对6种重金属元素的富积量表现促进作用(除Pb外).降低重金属元素累积能力大体以 Ce处理最佳,且均不同程度提高了油菜干物质的产量,表明单一稀土对重金属元素富积量的缓解作用优于混合稀土.
