Abstract: 田间试验研究不同Zn肥施用量对苦瓜产量、叶片内源激素与N代谢的影响结果表明,土壤缺Zn时施用硫酸锌30~45kg/hm2可显著提高苦瓜产量,增幅16.21%~17.16%.施Zn可提高叶片吲哚乙酸、赤霉素、蛋白质和核酸含量及硝酸还原酶活性,降低叶片色氨酸、游离氨基酸和NO3--N含量及RNase活性.叶片蛋白质与核酸、硝酸还原酶呈极显著正相关,而与游离氨基酸、NO3--N含量和RNase活性呈极显著负相关;叶片色氨酸含量与吲哚乙酸和赤霉素含量,核酸含量与RNase活性均呈极显著负相关.
