Abstract: 目的:评价Helena SPIFE琼脂糖凝胶电泳(AGE)系统进行血清蛋白电泳的方法.方法:用HelenaSPIFE全自动快速电泳系统进行血清蛋白电泳,确立了该法的参考值范围,分析了该法的精密度和干扰因素,同时将该法与传统的醋酸薄膜电泳方法(CAE)进行了比较.结果:AGE测定了72例正常人血清中白蛋白,α1球蛋白,α2球蛋白,β球蛋白,γ球蛋白的浓度,确立其参考值范围分别为33.2~49.8 g/L,1.8~3.8 g/L,4.6~9.3g/L,7.3~12.3 g/L,9.5~19.4 g/L.批内、批间精密度在1.21%~2.77%和3.70%~5.57%之间.基本不受黄疸、血脂和溶血的干扰.与CAE比较,5个蛋白区带中,除肾病综合征的β球蛋白、急性时相反应的α2球蛋白外(相关系数r分别为0.788和0.769),其他区带的相关性好,r值在0.823和0.975之间.结论:电泳法(AGE)测定值与传统法基本一致,AGE且自动化,操作简便,精密度高,适合临床常规使用.
