Abstract:
"过程模式"是斯滕豪斯在对泰勒"目标模式"批评的基础上提出的著名的课程理论,论述了他关于教育的目的、知识的性质等观点.模式体现出四个特征,即人文主义的知识观、"研""学"一体的教师角色观、合作探究式学习观和发展性评价观.它给我们重要的启示是:鼓励教师和学生的个性发展,建立研究者和学习者相结合的教师成长模式,采用师生合作探究式学习方式,确保评价更加反映学生的发展.
