Abstract: 随着改革开放的不断深入和社会主义市场经济体制的逐步确立,延边朝鲜族中小学教师队伍发生了较大变化,在很长一段时间内,持续出现了教师大量外流的现象,导致教师队伍极不稳定、严重制约民族教育发展的后果.因此,稳定教师队伍、切实加大对民族教育的投入、引进人才、发挥自身优势、搞活办学机制、调动广大教师的积极性,已成为朝鲜族教育走出所面临困境的行之有效的对策.
