Abstract: 按照H级绝缘要求设计的新型空心电抗器,采用NOMEX纸作为绝缘材料,提高了空心电抗器耐热等级.通过空心电抗器磁场-电路耦合首先计算磁场、电感和电流等参数,然后将计算得到的焦耳热作为流场-温度场耦合计算的热源.得到空心电控器的温度场分布.这样在设计阶段就可以对空心电抗器进行热性能分析,从而保证设计的电抗器满足绝缘要求.对采用玻璃纤维和NOMEX纸作绝缘材料的空心电抗器进行比较,结果表明,采用新型绝缘材料后,电抗器结构变小,重量减轻.
