Abstract: 本文介绍了微乳柴油的组成,确定了柴油、水、表面活性剂、助表面活性剂的质量配比;对制得的微乳柴油进行了粘度、稳定性、节油率、尾气分析和烟度测试.研究结果表明:表面活性剂含量为3%、助表面活性剂为0.28%、含水量为10.5%时,制得微乳柴油的粘度符合燃油国家标准.该微乳柴油在5~60℃温度范围内,稳定性在半年以上;在各种工况条件下微乳柴油都具有节能作用;与0#柴油相比,微乳柴油尾气排放CO降低8.3%、HC降低9.5%、NOx降低28.5%,降污作用显著.
