Abstract:
本文用产于新疆地区的成熟西红柿籽中提出的红色籽油,在氮气和还原剂的保护下,经2.0mol/L的KOH乙醇液皂化处理后,乙醚提以不皂化物,再经柱色谱分离,利用高效液相色谱法,确证西红柿籽油中含有丰富的β-胡萝卜素并对其进行了准确的定量测定.
