Abstract: 目的通过对铝合金牙弓夹板进行阳极氧化表面改性,以增强其耐蚀性.方法采用硫酸阳极氧化法对铝合金牙弓夹板进行表面氧化处理;以失重法对比分析实验组与对照组试样在酸蚀液、碱蚀液、盐液、人工唾液中的腐蚀情况,并结合微波等离子体炬原子发射光谱技术检测人工唾液中铝的析出量,以评价阳极氧化处理对提高铝合金牙弓夹板耐蚀性的作用.结果铝合金牙弓夹板经过阳极氧化处理后,表面生成一层致密的浅灰色水合氧化铝膜,使其在酸蚀液、碱蚀液、人工唾液中的腐蚀速度显著下降,人工唾液中铝的析出量显著降低.结论阳极氧化处理能显著提高铝合金牙弓夹板的耐蚀性.
