Abstract: 采用爆炸固结法制备MoSi2P/Nb高温复合材料,并对其微观组织及力学性能进行研究.结果表明:爆炸固结法制备的MoSi2P/Nb复合材料有三种组织形貌,由外至里逐渐致密,心部能量汇聚产生熔化,出现铸态组织.随λ值的增加,MoSi2P/Nb复合材料的致密性增加,相对密度高达95.4%.同时,复合材料的压缩强度也随λ值的增加逐渐提高.研究表明:爆炸固结法可用于制备MoSi2P/Nb高温复合材料.
