Abstract:
使用q-v图形法实验研究了窄间隙DBD型高浓度臭氧发生器的放电特性,结果表明:该臭氧发生器具有稳压二极管特性;其电介质层等效电容、放电气隙等效电容、折合电场强度等放电参量会随激励电压与频率的变化而变化并影响O3产生的质量浓度及效率,在1.5 kWh/m3前发生器O3质量浓度随功率流量比迅速增加,1.5 kWh/m3后则趋缓.因此,选择合适的放电参量对于改善臭氧发生器的性能十分重要.
