Abstract:
目的对花蜜饮口服液的制备工艺及其质量标准进行研究.方法采用TLC法对药方中白芷、金银花进行了定性鉴别.并对口服液进行了总固体物限量测定.结果供试品溶液色谱中与对照品,对照药材色谱的相应位置上,显示相同颜色的斑点;而阴性(空白)对照则相对应位置上无斑点.结论该制备及质控方法简单、结果可靠,重现性好,可以作为该制剂的质量控制标准.
