Abstract: 研究一种可见光/红外图像转换薄膜.从理论上分析转换薄膜工作的物理机制,并给出热传导方程的解及影响薄膜时间特性和空间分辨力的因素.提出周期结构薄膜方案,以提高转换器的空间分辨力.对薄膜型转换器进行了实验研究,实验测得的薄膜型转换器空间分辨力为6 lp/mm,时间常数6 ms,辐射波段8~12 μm.应用该原理制作的图像转换装置得到的红外图像,可用于对红外成像仪器和设备进行性能检测和标定及红外成像仿真实验.
