Study on Joint Tensile Strength of CuW/CrCu Arc Contact

Abstract: 重点研究了真空烧结方法制造的CuW/CrCu高压开关弧触头材料的结合强度,并分析了制造方法对CuW/CrCu触头材料结合强度的影响.在万能材料试验机上进行抗拉强度试验,结果显示,真空烧结方法制造CuW/CrCu触头材料的抗拉强度最好,可以达到400MPa以上,能够满足超、特高电压和特大容量高压开关的技术要求.通过对断口的扫描电镜分析,发现真空烧结的触头材料结合面杂质含量少、无氧化物、孔隙少,这可能是导致真空烧结CuW/CrCu触头材料的结合强度高的主要原因.
