Abstract:
磁介导热疗(MMH)就是将磁性材料导入肿瘤区域后,置于交变电磁场下诱导瘤区温度升高到41℃以上治疗肿瘤的方法.MMH的提出已有40多年.近年来,随着生物技术、纳米技术、材料科学、电磁学等学科的飞速发展,MMH已形成4个分支:动脉栓塞热疗,直接注射热疗,细胞内热疗,间质植入热疗.现综述MMH的历史、现状和发展.
