Abstract: 目的:观察中波紫外线辐射对体外培养的HaCaT细胞产生IL-6的影响及法莫替丁的作用.方法:用不同剂量中波紫外线辐射培养的HaCaT细胞,加入不同浓度的法莫替丁(分别为0、10-7、10-6、10-5、10-4mol/L),在不同时点收集上清液,ELISA法检测IL-6浓度.结果:与未辐射组相比,HaCaT细胞经300、600 J/m2剂量的中波紫外线辐射后4 h IL-6分泌开始显著增加,经100 J/m2剂量的中波紫外线辐射后24 h IL-6分泌开始显著增加(P<0.05);与未加法莫替丁组相比,HaCaT细胞经300 J/m2辐射加入法莫替丁后12、24 h可显著抑制IL-6的产生(P<0.05),最大抑制率为51.85%,出现在加入法莫替丁24h浓度为10-4mol/L时.结论:中波紫外线辐射可刺激HaCaT细胞产生IL-6,法莫替丁可抑制这种作用.
