Abstract: 于1998年9月-12月对均重为3.64、1.69和0.52g三种规格的中华绒螯蟹幼蟹在15、20、25和30℃四种温度条件下的饥饿代谢进行了测定,以探讨体重和温度变化对代谢的影响.结果表明,耗氧率(RO)和氨氮排泄率(RN)都随温度升高而增大,随体重增大而减小,其关系式可分别表示为:RO=0.1309We0.0490T和RO=0.4254W-0.1999;RN=3.3649e0.0484T和RN=0.4400W-2.900.不同体重幼蟹在不同温度条件下的饥饿代谢率差异显著,饥饿代谢率随体重的增大而减少,随温度升高而增大.同时,体重对能源物质的供能比有较大影响,三种规格的幼蟹,其代谢底物中蛋白质、碳水化合物和脂肪提供的能量比分别为6.4∶41.8∶51.8、6.7∶27.8∶65.5和7.3∶43.8∶48.9.
