Abstract: 为了改善由薄片外植体所诱导的愈伤组织的胚性能力,研究了氮源对巴西香蕉(Musa AAA Cavendish subgroup cv. Brazil)薄片愈伤组织诱导的影响.取香蕉组培苗的假茎和球茎切成1 mm左右的薄片为外植体,能较快诱导出愈伤组织.结果表明,当改良的B5培养基中x([NH+4]/[NO-3])为1∶26时,诱导出愈伤组织的形态最好,且愈伤组织诱导率高达93.2%;愈伤组织中形成拟分生细胞团的能力最好.添加高浓度的椰子汁也能改善愈伤组织形成的质量,培养基中φ(椰子汁)=3.2%时,含拟分生细胞团数目最多,这些愈伤组织具有较强的器官发生能力.
