Abstract: 为了考察MD膜驱油过程中MD-1膜驱剂(一种单分子双季铵盐)与原油之间的相互作用,研究了MD-1水溶液与大庆原油之间界面上MD-1的静态平衡吸附及吸附动力学和热力学.实验结果表明,MD-1在大庆原油界面的平衡吸附量很小,45℃时小于15 μg/g原油,水溶液pH值较高时吸附量较大;吸附动力学遵循一级吸附动力学方程,pH=5.84时的吸附速率常数和吸附活化能均高于pH=10.07时的相应值,即低pH值时吸附速率较高,达到平衡所需时间较短,要克服的势能垒较低;吸附量随MD-1溶液浓度增大而增大,在浓度约75 mg/L时达到平衡;在45~56℃温度范围平衡吸附量和覆盖度均随温度升高而减小;吸附过程的ΔG和ΔH均<0,是自发放热过程,吸附热达-50 kJ/mol.提出了MD膜驱油的"能量场"机理.图3表2参18.
