Abstract: 目的:探讨来源于人胚胎脑室下区(SVZ)的胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)阳性神经前体细胞系向神经元分化的潜能.方法:分别采用定量RT-PCR、Western印迹分析及免疫荧光染色检测被全反式视黄酸诱导前后GFAP阳性神经前体细胞系中神经干细胞和神经元特异性标志物表达量的变化情况.采用免疫荧光染色检测GFAP阳性神经前体细胞系移植到动物体内后神经元特异性标志物表达情况.结果:在体外诱导后,GFAP阳性神经前体细胞系中神经元特异性标志物在mRNA和蛋白水平的表达量上升,而神经干细胞标志物表达量下降.移植动物体内,GFAP阳性神经前体细胞系可分化产生神经元.结论: GFAP阳性神经前体细胞系在体内外可以向神经元诱导分化.
