Abstract: 研究了羧基化多壁碳纳米管修饰电极(MWNT/CME)的制备方法和该修饰电极对巯基化合物的电催化行为,并首次以该修饰电极为电化学检测器,与高效液相色谱(HPLC)联用,分离检测了半胱氨酸(L-Cys)和谷胱甘肽(GSH)两种巯基化合物.结果表明在3.0×10-7~1.0×10-3mol/L浓度范围内,L-Cys和GSH的浓度分别与其氧化峰的峰电流呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数分别为0.9987和0.9990;检出限分别为1.2×10-7mol/L和2.2×10-7mol/L.将该方法用于人全血中L-Cys和GSH的测定,获得了满意的结果,为电分析化学在临床医学、生理学等生命科学中的应用提供了新的手段.
