Abstract: 该文通过试验得到产透明质酸(HA)菌株Z8理想的培养基配比,以2%葡萄糖、1%牛肉膏、 1%酵母膏、0.2%MgSO4*7H2O及0.01%MnSO4*4H2O为主要成分的培养基为种子培养基;通过正交试验确定了4%葡萄糖、2%酵母膏和0.2%MgSO4*7H2O为主的发酵培养基为最佳发酵产酸基质,产酸量最高可达4.3g/L.
