Abstract: 目的:探讨人类胚胎脑动脉分叉部弹力纤维的结构发育过程及特点.方法:收集胎龄12~28周人类胚胎共17例,每1周取1例,男女不限.对不同胎龄胚胎Willis环周围的脑动脉分叉部行三维组织切片,立体地观察弹力纤维的结构发育过程及特点.结果:胎儿Willis环周各脑动脉中层弹力纤维在1.5~12.6层之间,内弹力层第13周始有发现,第19周趋于完整,发现4例分叉部弹力纤维紊乱,3例弹力纤维逐渐减少.结论:胎儿脑动脉中层弹力纤维随胎龄增长而增多,但28周内不超过12.6层,内弹力层在第19周左右发育完整,脑动脉分叉部存在先天性弹力纤维紊乱和减少现象,有助于对脑动脉瘤病因的探讨.
