Abstract: 目的:探讨金属硫蛋白(metallothioneins ,MTs)在小鼠变应性接触性皮炎中所起的作用.方法:用二硝基氟苯(dinitrofluorobenzene ,DNFB)致敏金属硫蛋白基因敲除小鼠(metallothionein-null mouse,MT-/-,不表达MT-I及MT-II)及基因同源对照野生型鼠(MT+/+,正常表达MTs),并在小鼠右耳激发变应性接触性皮炎,分别对比两组小鼠激发后耳肿胀度.结果:野生型鼠(MT+/+)耳肿胀度明显高于基因敲除鼠(MT-/-),统计学分析差异有显著性(P<0.05,t检验).结论:MTs在迟发型变态反应的炎症过程中起重要作用,MT-/-小鼠不能完全表达迟发型变态反应的炎症.
