Abstract: 唐代是我国历史最为开放的时期之一,彼时异域物品沿着海陆丝绸之路大量涌入,其中就包括大量异域食物。这些食物通过朝贡、亲历、耳闻等三种模式被记录。朝贡制度的客观要求,上层人士对涉外交往活动参与度的不断加深,使得当时精英文人对域外信息的获取和记载变得更加准确与真实;而普通民众更多地则是在碎片化信息的接受过程中将其无意识扭曲与扩大,从而呈现出唐人笔下异域食物真实与虚幻相交织的文化现象。丝绸之路加强了东西方国家之间的饮食文化交流,促进了唐代饮食文化发展,食物也是丝绸文明的见证。
