Abstract: 在临床可操作性上,凝结时间是临床上最重要的参数之一.采用溶胶-凝胶法合成不同比例的CaO-SiO2粉体.利用红外光谱(FT-IR)分析了粉体和水泥的官能团.用含羧甲基纤维素(Carboxymethylcellulose,CMC)的硅酸钙粉体和蒸馏水制备成混合水泥.利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、吉摩尔针和万能试验机,研究混合水泥的物相组成、形貌、凝结时间和抗压强度.掺杂水泥样品置于10ml/g的模拟体液(SBF)中,在37℃环境中分别浸泡0,1,3,7,15天(d),研究了掺杂水泥的体外生物活性.结果表明,添加0.1%CMC使水泥的凝结时间缩短,强度提高,浸泡后生成了生活性的磷灰石,该复合骨水泥有望用于椎体成形术和后凸成形术的应用.
