Abstract: With the rapid development of China’s social economy in recent years,the frequency of application of rubber in China is also increasing,which has led to the continuous development of the rubber field to a certain extent.At present,the application range of the added silicone rubber products has been extremely extensive,in the fields of electronic appliances,automobile gaskets,computer keyboards and the like.The widespread use of addition molding fluids is largely due to the multifaceted advantages of addition molding silicone rubber,which does not produce by-products during the vulcanization of the addition rubber,and enables deep vulcanization, not only that,but also the addition of silicon The rubber vulcanization speed is relatively fast,the production efficiency is high,and the odor is not generated during the production process,which is not possessed by the condensed silicone rubber.It is precisely because of the advantages of this series,the addition of silicone rubber is increasingly favored by the industry.The cross-linking agent for the addition of liquid silicone rubber is synthesized from a variety of low-hydrogen silicone oils of different molecular structures,and the number and distribution of hydrosilyl groups in the molecular structure can also be understood.
