Abstract: 目的:探讨iPass技术在腹部3D-CE-MRA中的应用价值.方法:25例行腹部3D-CE-MRA患者,男17例,女8例.3D-CE-MRA前,注射Gd-DTPA 2 ml行iPass团注测试,实时显示兴趣区内时间-血流信号强度曲线,系统将曲线上升段超出基线30%的时间确定为对比剂到达时间(Tb),自动将Tb导入相关联的3D-CE-MRA序列,计算扫描延迟时间(Td),并自动启动扫描.分离各组图像并减影,再进行最大信号强度投影(MIP)法图像重组,并评价血管MIP图像质量.结果:23例1次顺利完成iPass团注测试和3D-CE-MRA,2例首次测试时未能测出峰值曲线,经调整兴趣区面积后亦成功完成扫描.本组测量Tb分布于13.30~22.10 s.25例MIP血管图像质量平均得分3.68±1.05.结论:iPass技术可准确测试Tb,并自动计算Td和控制相关联的3D-CE-MRA序列,有利于提高腹部3D-CE-MRA成像质量.
