Abstract: 通过考察料液比、脉冲时间、脉冲电压、脉冲频率对岩藻黄质提取含量的影响,设计4因素4水平正交试验,确定了高压脉冲电场快速提取藻渣中岩藻黄质的最优工艺条件.实验结果表明,高压脉冲电场快速提取色素的优化工艺条件为料液比1∶50,时间40 min,脉冲电压10 kV,脉冲频率70 Hz.其中,主要影响因素中,对色素影响最大的是料液比,时间次之,脉冲频率影响最小,色素提取率为23.4%.同时,考察了光照、温度、pH、氧化剂对提取后的岩藻黄质稳定性的影响.
