Abstract: 目的:优化绞股蓝总皂苷提取工艺,获取绞股蓝总皂苷最佳提取工艺条件及技术参数.方法:采用Box-Benhnken中心组合设计,以提取物中总皂苷含量和总皂苷提取率的总权重评分值为评价指标,对乙醇浓度、浸渍时间、渗漉流速3个影响因素进行考察,以Design-Expert 8.05软件对试验数据作统计处理,优选确定最佳提取条件.结果:优化得到最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度为72%,浸渍时间为60 h,渗漉流速为3.0 ml·min-1.结论:优选得到的工艺稳定、可行,可作为绞股蓝总皂苷提取提供参考依据.
