Abstract:
运动量主要针对的是个体的能量系统,大运动量训练的主要目的就是让运动员能够储备更多的体能,并提高机体在短时间内恢复体能的能力.运动强度则主要是针对个体的中枢神经系统,大强度训练的主要目的之一,就是扩大神经系统兴奋域的范围.此外,竞赛过程中运动员的心理活动也将消耗大量的体能.
