Abstract: 电力电缆日益广泛地应用于输配电系统,为了减少电缆故障停电损失,对电缆故障测距的精度要求越来越高.文中指出了传统的脉冲电流测试法(ICE)电缆故障测距存在误差的原因,提出了电感式脉冲电流测试法(IICE).运用小波分解和重构实现信号滤波,再利用多尺度边缘检测理论实现电缆故障测距算法.EMTP仿真和模拟试验表明:IICE测试法消除了传统的ICE测试法反射脉冲识别带来的误差;基于小波分析的电缆故障测距算法是精确的,其测距误差不大于1个采样距离.
