Abstract: 采用ANSYS软件非线性分析技术,通过三维体单元、层单元和接触单元,建立了60系列的R15型子午线轮胎的三维有限元模型.根据相对运动的原理,使用Pilot节点控制刚性目标面压向轮胎,得到了在接触过程中的轮胎各部位的变形和应力情况,为进一步进行子午线轮胎的动态接触分析和结构优化设计奠定了基础.
