Abstract: 目的:观察重组热表皮生长因子(rhEGF)对激光烧灼人表皮组织后的修复作用.方法:CO2激光气化试验兔背部皮肤的表皮表皮层,造成浅Ⅱ0烧伤创面,其中治疗租给予术后场归还要价局部喷洒rhEGF,2次/,不包扎.对照组不喷洒rhEGF.结果:治疗组比对照平均提前2.1天愈合.结论:rhEGF对激光术后创面的修复有促进作用.
