Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of ticagrelor and aspirin on the coagulation function, maximum platelet aggrgeation rate(MPAR),and inflammatory factors in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods One hundred and twenty patients with CHD undergoing PCI from March2014 to March2016 in our hospital were selected, and randomly divided into two groups:control group(n =60)treated with routine treatment plus aspirin, and observation group(n =60)treated with routine treatment plus ticagrelor and aspirin for 3 months. The levels of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),MPAR,inflammatory factors C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),and myeloperoxidase(MPO)were observed before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the LVEF in two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment, which was significantly higher in observation group than that in control group(P <0.05).PT、APTT and TT in two groups after treatment were more than that before treatment(P <0.05),and PT and APTT in observation group were shorter than that in control group, and TT was longer in observation group than that in control group(P <0.05).MPAR in two groups after treatment were lower than that before treatment(P <0.05),which was significantly lower in observation group than that in control group(P <0.05).CRP,IL-6 and MPO in two groups after treatment were lower than before treatment(P <0.05),which was significantly lower in observation group than that in control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Ticagrelor and aspirin can improve the coagulation function, platelet aggregation rate, and effectively alleviate inflammation in patients with CHD after PCI.
