Research on Control System of PMSM Based on Sliding Mode Control

Abstract: A permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) control system based on sliding mode control (SMC) system is designed to solve the problem that the vector control system of PMSM is susceptibly affected by mechanical sensor.When PMSM is rotating,the stability of the whole control system is susceptibly affected due to load mutation and system parameters change.To solve this problem,a nonlinear sliding mode control system with switch structure is proposed.The mathematical model of PMSM is analyzed firstly in a rotating coordinate.On above basis,the first-rank double-loop sliding mode control system is introduced to control speed and torque of the PMSM.The simulation results show that sliding mode variable structure control system is not affected by the external changes,the speed and torque of the PMSM can be kept stable.The sliding mode control system possesses faster response,stronger robustess,and anti-interference ability is greatly improved.
