Journal: Chinese Journal of Practical Nervous Diseases

Abstract: Objective To analyze the efficacy of metoclopramide combined aspisol in the treatment of migraine. Methods A total of 84 patients with migraine were divided into two groups. The patients in the conventional group were treated with aspisol, and the metoclopramide group was treated with metoclopramide on the basis of conventional group. The incidence of adverse reactions, the incidence of adverse drug reactions, the number of migraine attacks, the duration of each episode of migraine, and the VAS score of headache were compared between the two groups. The erythrocyte aggregation index, platelet adhesion rate, plasma viscosity, fibrinogen were observed. Results The total effective rate in metoclopramide group was higher than that in routine group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reaction in metoclopramide group was similar to that in routine group (P>0.05).Before intervention, the number and duration of migraine headache,VAS score were similar to that of the conventional group (P>0.05),which were superior to that of the conventional group at discharge (P<0.05).The erythrocyte aggregation index, platelet adhesion rate, plasma viscosity and fibrinogen were similar in the two groups before intervention, and which were better than those in the conventional group at discharge (P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of metoclopramide combined aspisol in the treatment of migraine is better than aspisol monotherapy.
