Abstract: [Objective] To investigate the differences and characteristics of training burnout among soldiers emergency stationed in plateau at different altitudes, provides the theoretical basis for training burnout intervention.[Methods] 650 soldiers emergency stationed in plateau and 600 soldiers stationed in plain were chosen by random cluster sampling method, and compared and analyzed by the soldier training burnout questionnaire.[Results] The total score of training burnout (25.80±4.0),exhaustion score (12.37±3.41) and training alienation score (6.35±1.93) in soldiers emergency stationed in plateau were significantly higher than those in soldiers stationed in plain (25.13±4.96,12.71±2.98,6.06±1.34) (P<0.05 or P<0.01).The total score of training burnout and exhaustion score in soldiers stationed at altitude of 4 250 m were significantly higher than those in soldiers stationed at altitude of 3 600 m and 3 960 m (all P<0.05),and training alienation score was significantly higher than that in soldiers stationed at altitude of 3 600 m (P<0.05).[Conclusion] There may be a relationship between in altitude and training burnout of soldiers emergency stationed in plateau.
