Abstract: Objective To analyze the correlation between resistance rate of E.faecalis and DDDs of antibacterials in department of biliary surgery from 2011 to 2015,and to provide evidences for clinical use of antibiotics. Methods The DDDs of antibiotics and resistance rates of E.faecalis to various antibiotics were statistically calculated and analyzed retrospectively.Correlation analysis was carried out by using spearman correlation method. Results Resistant rate of E.faecalis to linezolid was positively correlated to the DDDs of linezolid and cefmetazole (P<0.05),and resistant rate of E.faecalis to streptomycin was positively correlated to the DDDs of ceffazidime (P <0.05).Resistant rate of E.faecalis to gentamicin was negative correlated to the DDDs of piperacillin/tazobactam (P<0.05).There was no significant correlation between the use of antibiotics and the resistant rates ofE.faecalis to erythromycin, penicillin, vancomycin and so on.Conclusion For there was a certain correlation between the drug resistance rate of E.faecalis and the use of antibiotics, antibiotics should be used to reduce the generation of drug resistant strains reasonably.
