Abstract: <正>昆虫抗药性是可遗传的性状,抗性个体的基因组与敏感个体基因组间存在着一定差异,这些差异是导致昆虫抗药性的根本原因。为了探索多杀菌素对小菜蛾Plutella xylostella长期胁迫下的亚致死效应及小菜蛾对多杀菌素敏感性下降的分子机理,贵州大学作物保护研究所尹显慧和中国农业科学院蔬菜花卉研究所吴青君等采用低剂量(LC25)多杀菌素对小菜蛾进行继代处理,对不同处理世代小菜蛾种群应用叶片浸渍饲喂法分别测定其对多杀菌素的敏感性水平,并运用实时定量PCR法检测处理后小菜蛾4龄幼虫烟碱型乙酰胆
