Complete genomic cloning and bioinformatics analysis of goat enzootic nasal tumor virus Shaanxi strain

Abstract: In order to analyze the complete genome of enzootic nasal tumor virus (ENTV) Shaanxi strain, five pairs of primers were designed based on ENTV sequences in GenBank. The complete sequence of the virus were sequenced from the ENTV provirus and analyzed. The results showed that the genome was 7,275 bp in length and contained four overlapping ORFs of the gag,pro,pol and genes and 5' LTR. The nucleotide acid sequences of Shaanxi strain were compared with the ENTV sequences of NC004994.2, AY197548.2 and HM104174.1, the nucleotide identities were 89%, 89% and 99%, respectively. The full length genomic clone and sequencing analysis of ENTV Shaanxi strain provide basic data for the study of molecular biology characteristics and pathogenesis of ENTV.
