Design of a cascade-type step controller based on CMOS-CC4015

Abstract: In order to simplify the structure of cascade?type sequential control circuit, this paper puts forward a de?sign thinking of cascade?type step controller with CMOS?CC4015 shift memory as the core. The controller describes the work step of equipment by the state of each digit in the shifting register, uses the control signal ( shift condi?tions) provided in site as the shift trigger signal of the shifting register, so as to realize the sequential shifting con?trol under the joint action of input/output circuit. The practical application shows that the controller has the follow?ing merits:stable and reliable performance, low energy consumption, simple connection, free from programming, etc. In the control of stand?alone automation equipment, it is a low?cost controller, which is worth spreading.
