Effect of ceftriaxone on intestinal sepsis rats micro ecological environment

Abstract: Objective To study the intestinal microflora ceftriaxone sepsis environmental impact situations. Methods A total of 24 selected 4-week-old healthy SD rats were randomly divided into treatment groups in accordance with the model group and the normal control group 8. Wherein the treatment group and the model group were injected according to 15mg/kg intraperitoneal LPS (lipopolysaccharide) way to create a model of endotoxin sepsis treatment group after 24h ,endotoxic against ceftriaxone;model group is using the same amount of saline control treatment. 72h after drug treatment,rats were sacrificed respectively whichever colonic contents were Enterobacteriaceae,Enterococcus and Lactobacillus bacteria quantitative culture and strain identification work. Results The number of E. coli in the rat colon Sepsis significantly increased (P<0.01),the number of enterococci increased (P<0.01),reduce the number of lactobacilli (P<0.05);after ceftriaxone treatment significantly reduced Enterobacteriaceae (P<0.01), even compared with the normal group was also significantly lower (P<0.01),further increasing enterococci number (P<0.01),further reducing lactobacillus (P<0.01),the ball bacilli ratio severe inversion (P<0.01). Conclusion The presence of septic rats intestinal flora disorder,flora disturbance ceftriaxone make further exacerbated the intestinal colonization of E. coli as well as probiotics (Lactobacillus) substantial reduction,increase of enterococci,Bacillus ball severe inverted ratio destroy the intestinal micro-ecolog-ical environment.
