Abstract:
针对化工过程的高度非线性以及传统建模方法拟合非线性模型时易陷入局部最优、迭代慢等问题,提出采用小生境布谷鸟搜索算法的神经网络建模方法.首先利用布谷鸟搜索算法参数少收敛快的优异参数寻优特性,优化传统BP神经网络的权值,用以改善算法的局部最优问题.并利用小生境策略进一步优化布谷鸟神经网络算法,以加快参数优化收敛速度,提高神经网络建模精度.通过对DISO对象的仿真建模,表明布谷鸟算法显著改善了传统BP神经网络容易陷入局部最优的问题.对TE化工过程的建模结果显示,加入小生境策略后明显加快了算法的收敛速度.
