Abstract: 介绍了动态矩阵控制(DMC)算法原理及其优缺点,其算法主要包括模型预测、滚动优化、反馈校正.分析了过热蒸汽控制系统的特点并建立了相应的传递函数模型,并基于动态矩阵控制优化过热蒸汽温度系统.研究表明,动态矩阵控制相比于传统的PID控制能够对具有大惯性、大延迟特点的被控对象有很好的鲁棒性和抗干扰性,在实际生产中是一种值得推广的控制方法.
